History
In 1966 Walter Padgett founded Padgett Business Services to address the tax and accounting needs of business. A franchised system, the company quickly grew and now boasts over 300 offices in the U.S and 120 in Canada (see www.smallbizpros.ca ). In 1998 it became clear that there was a gap in the payroll market. PayTrak was born. Started as a subsidiary to Padgett Business Services PayTrak experienced rapid growth and is now a standalone organization servicing businesses of all sizes, in all markets and industries.
